Fitz Roy 101 Apartments

The location is excellent, but that's the only good thing I can say. I had a terrible stay and wouldn't recommend renting from this company. The Booking.com photos didn't match the apartment we received: they advertised a balcony, a view, and chairs, but all we saw was a gray wall. There are 191 photos on the site, and not one shows the apartment we were given. The bathroom barely worked. The doorknob was broken and held together with tape, and the toilet was broken too. The sink had to drain before it could be used without overflowing. One of the two blackout curtains was torn, taken down, and put in the closet. The neighbors' parties made it impossible to sleep, and the air conditioner made a disturbing noise. We asked the owner to come fix the problems, but he never showed up. The price was far too high for the condition and service. I regret spending the money and was very disappointed.

They showed us pictures of one apartment, then sent us to a much worse one, neglected and with no balcony. We had to move to a hotel, and they never refunded our money. A scam and a terrible experience.

A complete disaster. The sheets had already been used, the bathroom was filthy, and when I left some things behind, they never returned them. Everything went wrong. I wouldn't recommend it.

Natalia Pugliese still hasn't given me back the money for my reservation. She left us stranded, and now it's been a month and a half with no answer to our calls. She was quick to collect the payment, but has disappeared when it comes to returning it.
