The reception staff were very nice and helpful, and Mr. Roberto was especially lovely. He works hard, is a very kind person, and speaks English, which is a big plus. The hotel is well located, and my room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious, too. Thanks, and see you soon.

The room facilities were very old, and the hotel needs renovation. Breakfast was poor, with medialunas from the day before. Customer service was terrible, especially from the night receptionist. When we arrived, he took our cash and charged a 20% fee. After noticing the credit card machine and asking to pay by card instead, we were refused. We felt scammed. I travel a lot, and this was an exceptionally bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The room was comfortable and clean, with a good TV and WiFi. Everyone was great, from the front desk staff to the maids. It’s a classic hotel in an older building, a little threadbare, but I loved my stay.

It’s comfortable and good value for the price, though the place isn’t new and could use some attention. The staff are nice, the location is very good, and breakfast is good too. I’d definitely recommend it :)

The staff are really friendly and happy to help with questions. The hotel is in the city center, so it works well for a couple of days. Breakfast could be better.
