Grand King Hotel

The only good thing was the central location. The staff were unfriendly and even shouted at guests, there was mildew in the bathroom, and loud machines ran all night in the backyard. I stay in BsAs often and have never had service this bad. Never again. Avoid this hotel.

The room was over 26 degrees Celsius and felt hot, but according to the hotel's policy, we weren't allowed to use the AC because it wasn't summer. Not a good option.

The neighborhood is great, which is why we picked this hotel for our first day, close to all the Florida cambios. But it's definitely not a 4-star place. The rooms are old, and the building looks worn out, almost like it's falling apart. The taps are so sensitive that the slightest touch splashes water all over the counter and floor. The staff were slow, and I felt very uncomfortable after paying by card. An older man then wrote down my card number and details, which seemed really suspicious. I get app notifications, so I'm not too worried.

There are lots of nearby restaurants, and all the attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are a decent size, and the service is good. The only issue was that there was no electric kettle in the room. The road out front is a pedestrian street, so traffic noise wasn't a problem. Good value for money.
