The location is great, and the service was excellent, with very friendly staff. It's a shame about the condition of the place: everything is old and worn, and really needs updating.

The location was the only good part. The place was very dirty, with badly worn cushions and carpets, and evening reception was a disaster. Everything else was terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

The balcony was very nice, and the television was up to date, with YouTube and Netflix working without trouble. Everything else was awful, starting with the service and the room. I booked through Booking.com, but the receptionists hadn't communicated with each other and couldn't verify my reservation at all. I was lucky there was a room available; otherwise, the booking would have been pointless. The air conditioning didn't work, and a loose toilet chain caused water to spray all over the bathroom. There was also a prehistoric landline phone with a cut cord. At checkout they tried to charge us $50,000, even though the agreed reservation was $32 USD plus taxes, which should have come to about $41,000. They didn't seem to know what we owed and just gave us an amount regardless of the price we'd booked and agreed to.

They only took cash, even though we booked online with a card and had chosen to pay on arrival. Reservations were handled with complete ignorance, and they tried to charge far more than the actual price. They seemed to pick a number at random based on how the customer looked, haha. Value for money was zero. It wasn't worth even a quarter of what we paid. The place itself was ancient, neglected, dirty, small, and uncomfortable. The service was just as bad.
