This place was terrible, to put it mildly. I arrived at 21:30 on 06 November and the receptionist, an old grumpy employee, said there was no reservation. I showed him mine, but he said the hotel doesn't work with Agoda and kicked us out. Booking is re-advertising on Agoda and Trivago, and he seemed completely clueless about that. I filmed the whole incident, which you wouldn't believe. The image is a screenshot from the video. Agoda later told me check-in was only between 10:00 and 19:00, but that information was nowhere to be found.

That room was awful, it reminded me of the motel rooms in serial killer shows. The older man at reception wasn't kind at all. Please, just don't stay there!

The receptionist was really nice and attentive, but the place is old and the room smelled of cigarettes.

There wasn't a fridge, the WiFi didn't work, and the air conditioning wasn't very good.
