We spent four days at CasaSur Palermo and had a fantastic time. The staff were thoughtful and accommodating, and we really enjoyed the tango lesson. The hotel offers activities and classes. Our large room had a balcony overlooking the pool, and the location was great. I'd happily return.

The staff were pleasant and friendly, and there is a nice spa and pool. During the heat wave, though, the rooms just wouldn't cool down. Once the weather changed, they were comfortable.

The neighborhood is wonderful, with excellent restaurants all around. But if you expect friendly, prompt service, this isn't the place for you. The fitness center is tiny, the equipment is very dated, and about half of it didn't work.

We slept comfortably in a good bed and the location was great. The amenities were very limited, breakfast choices were horrific, and there was a lot of noise from the hallways and plumbing.

The location is great, and breakfast was quite good. The rooms feel very dated, the internet was poor throughout, and the gym and spa aren't really functional.
