The bathroom was in awful shape. The sink was cracked and kept leaking, the tub was covered in mold and rot, and barely any water came from the rainfall shower. We ended up washing with a cup and the tap. The air conditioning ran constantly with no way to turn it down. Its pipe kept the patio doors from closing, so traffic noise went on all night, and heavy rain flooded the room. This place says it's part of ramada, but felt worse than most hostels. A terrible stay, avoid it.

They give three people just one towel, and the included breakfast is served in the room with instant coffee. More concerning, they store your personal details and credit card information in a database. That's a very dangerous practice.

This doesn't live up to the four stars shown on booking. The walls are dirty and the place needs maintenance. A fresh coat of paint would make a big difference.

The bed was comfortable, but the rooms are very dark and have no central light. The balcony didn't look safe, and the furniture is in rough shape. There's a microwave, electric kettle and fridge, yet not a single glass or cup, let alone plates or cutlery. They call it a kitchenette, but my room didn't have one. The bathtub is pretty pointless without a plug, and breakfast was incomplete. The walls need paint too. Structurally, this could be a nice hotel, but it's really run down and needs some simple investment that would make the stay much better.
