The place was spotless, the apartment was in perfect condition and just like the photos, and the bed was super comfortable. Sheets and towels were clean, and the two internal gardens were beautiful. The service was excellent, and we paid the price agreed on beforehand via WhatsApp. It’d be a big plus if they allowed pets.

We felt so comfortable here that we didn’t want to leave. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the apartment is spacious and spotless. We were on the first floor and got to enjoy two beautifully decorated patios. The cleanliness was impeccable, the tableware was complete, and everything was very good quality. There are thoughtful details in the decor and very large closets. We’ve usually stayed in apartments in Palermo lately, but this one is incomparable. Highly recommend it!

I stayed in the ground-floor apartment. It was very dusty, the towels looked dirty, and there was a lot of dampness. There was no room service at all, not even a change of towels or sheets. They also charged a 21% fee, which didn’t match what the voucher said. I had to clean the apartment before unpacking. Terrible stay. The only good thing was the location.

The accommodation itself was super comfortable and very nice, with no complaints there. That’s where the three stars come from. We stayed at the end of last year and booked through an app. On arrival, they charged us two extra fees. They said we could have avoided one by booking through another app, and the other was the full VAT in cash. I pointed out that the website clearly said the amount paid was the total and asked for an invoice. They replied, “Seriously, an invoice? Okay, but the administrators aren’t working right now.” Still, they demanded payment. After I complained, I got them to send an invoice, which obviously “dissolved” those charges under a vague item description. The accommodation ended up costing 40% more, even though we could have chosen a better place. These kinds of scams unfortunately make us famous around the world. Bad experience.
