We liked the hotel and found the bed comfortable, the breakfast excellent, and the service good. It's clearly not a new place. Our room had tea and coffee facilities and a hairdryer, but no slippers or robe, which was a bit uncomfortable with the cold floor. For a five-star hotel, that leaves some issues. We didn't use the pool because it was cold. The sauna and gym are reached from the upper terrace, which has a view. The area felt relatively safe and quiet, while still making it easy to get to the city center and San Telmo Market.

I stayed just one night, so didn't get to try the facilities. The room was neat and clean. The hotel sits in a pleasant area with a supermarket and chemist close by, and it's a short walk to the water, parks, and restaurants.

Friendly staff and a convenient location, and the hotel feels modern. The rooms were comfortable, but we weren't keen on the bathtub and half-glass bathroom arrangement. My partner doesn't speak Spanish and could only find English news channels. Breakfast was okay, nothing memorable. We moved on after one night.

I wasn't a guest, but I contacted the staff about a tedious issue. On a quiet Sunday, it took the team more than 30 minutes to respond. That delay and the lack of transparency point to serious inefficiency in how service requests are handled. This is unacceptable. Management should promptly review response times and improve the professionalism and reliability of the service.

The rooms are beautiful, and the shower pressure was excellent. Staff at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful. I also enjoyed the spa, though it could use more access to water and some tea. There are excellent restaurants nearby, and San Telmo Market is close.
