For the price, the ground-floor hotel room is decent, with AC and a central location. The hostel is upstairs. The TV feels old, there aren't many plugs, and the service is lacking. No fridge or microwave in the lobby, no laundry, and only small towels. Staff are pretty basic.

The people were nice, and the hostel has the amenities you need in a perfect location. I had a great stay. The lower floors are somewhat dark, and the elevator is slow and its shaft could be cleaner, but those are small things. The elevator could use some maintenance.

The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were good. The location is great for getting to attractions, and the staff speak English. Please deal with the bathroom mold, though, and then it could be a 2.5-star place!

The room is spacious and has a good bed, fresh linen, towels, and a hot shower. The Wi-Fi works well too. The kitchen, though, is a bit dirty and barely stocked with utensils: there are a couple of pans, but no plates, knives, or forks. The location is great, near the center, and felt very safe to walk around at any hour. Some staff were friendly and some weren't, but they were all helpful.

You get free breakfast, though it’s just coffee or tea with croissants. The staff are friendly, and the location is excellent. The interior is beautiful. Room size and condition seem to depend on luck: mine could be large and recently refurbished, or small and older style.
