Argentina's public strikes meant we needed to shift our booked stay by a few days. We weren't asking for a refund, just to move the reservation, but the hotel was completely inflexible. They had already taken our money, then ghosted us on WhatsApp and never replied. Really disappointing service. I can't imagine how they'd have treated us in person. There are plenty of equally nice places in Buenos Aires that offer good service, so I'd look elsewhere.

The coffee shop Hobby in the lobby was a highlight for us, with excellent coffee and a lovely spot to spend time. We had breakfast there every morning, and it was one of the best parts of the trip. The boutique hotel was clean, and the rooms were a nice size. It's one of my favorite places I've ever stayed.

The hotel is modern, and we found the rooms comfortable. Service from the hotel itself was fantastic, and I liked their focus on sustainability. Breakfast is served à la carte in the café and was good, though service there could be slow at times. I really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

After our one-hour massage, which included an oil head massage, and 45 minutes in the sauna, I needed a shower. No one was around afterward, and we couldn't even get clean towels. The bathroom soap was empty too, and there wasn't a hair dryer. I went to reception with wet hair, but they said the dryers were in the rooms, which were all occupied, so they couldn't help. How is that good service?

We stayed three nights and were happy to find this place. They let us add another night in the same room, then arranged a ride to the airport. The location and cleanliness mattered most to me, and both were right on target for a good price. Customer service was great too, and we liked the good coffee and strong shower pressure.
