The staff made our unexpected six-night stay easy. Melonie, Emanuel O. and Emanuel P. were friendly, helped us arrange tours and find restaurants, and answered our questions with smiles. They spoke enough English that communicating was easy, and the other staff we met were friendly and helpful as well. My wife and I had planned to spend just one night at Infinito Hotel in February, 2026, between Ushuaia and our flight back to the US. Cancellations caused by a one-day nationwide labor strike that shut the airports, along with bad weather at JFK airport in NYC, kept us there for six nights. We felt comfortable walking around Palermo at any time. Santa Fe, a major commercial street with anything you might need, is only a block away. The breakfast is included, with several choices and eggs cooked fresh on request. Our room was a little dated but very comfortable. Infinito Hotel is great value in the wonderful city of Buenos Aires, and we’ll definitely return.

Melanie was extremely nice and helpful when we arrived. She answered all our questions and even helped install a Claro chip in my iPhone, which was a bit complicated as a non-resident. The Palermo area felt safe, and we could walk around in the evening without any problem. The hotel is close to Recoleta and Palermo Soho, with useful services nearby, including Western Union, the subway and buses or colectivos. I had a small standard room. The bed and pillows were really good, the hot water was perfect, but the bathroom showed its age. Breakfast was simple and very good. It’s a good hotel if you mainly want to explore Buenos Aires on foot and just use the room to sleep.

The best part was the friendly, very helpful staff. The location was convenient, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, too. The room was very small and had no kettle or fridge.

The location, breakfast, and staff were good, but cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. The shower head was filthy, the AC was very dusty, and the jacuzzi had hair all over it. To be clear, the usual room tidying and daily cleaning weren’t the problem. It’s the maintenance and deeper cleaning that should be done.
