We really liked the San Telmo location, with Parque Lezama and the Historical Museum nearby. This characterful boutique hotel feels more individual than the usual corporate places. There is no lift, though that wasn't a problem for us, and they do have ground-floor rooms if stairs are an issue, so request one. Our room was comfortable and the included breakfast was simple but tasty. The staff were friendly and professional. We stayed two nights, took a side trip, then came back for one night. They gladly stored our luggage and had it waiting in our room when we returned. Nothing was too much trouble.

We really liked the hotel's style, especially the high ceilings and wooden floors. Breakfasts were very good, and the staff were super pleasant. Big thanks to Melina and Catalina, who patiently answered our millions of questions about Argentina and were incredibly helpful. The one thing we'd improve is the bathroom ventilation.

The hotel has a stylish, authentic feel, and the staff were pleasant and ready to help. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and the bed was comfortable. Our room was rather small, but since we stayed only one night, it didn't bother us. There is no elevator.

Javier at reception deserves a special mention. He made us feel welcome and went out of his way to help with a problem we had with our onward flight. We really appreciated his kindness and courtesy. The hotel is stylish, near San Telmo's attractions, and has very comfortable bedrooms and communal space.
