Live Soho Boutique Hotel & Apartments

This is an apartment in a smart building, not a hotel. You get in with a QR code, and there is no housekeeping or cleaning and repair service during your stay. One frustrating issue was that I booked through Booking, but the host canceled after trying to contact me on WhatsApp for entry instructions while I was unavailable all day. I had to book again. The Palermo Soho location is great, with two kioskos nearby for water and a medium-sized Carrefour for larger purchases. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Street traffic and people outside can be heard, as can footsteps or movement from the room above. Water splashes out of the shower, but it was manageable. CABA was very cold during my stay, so the heated floors were a real plus. There's breakfast at a local bakery on the corner, but it opens at 9 AM, too late for me to try it.

I called the hotel several times to book an apartment or room, but they ignored me for no reason. They just hung up when I called.

My worst experience this year, and I travel a lot. We spent hours out on the street trying to get into our rental. Nobody was there, they didn't answer, and they don't speak English. A nightmare in Buenos Aires. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

There's awful construction noise right above your head, and they stop replying to your WhatsApp messages. They say breakfast is included, but there isn't any.
