The location is the one thing going for it. It's pricey, and you can't book just one night since they require a three-night minimum. Without the location, I wouldn't give it even one star.

The apartment was spotless and really comfortable for three people. The management service was excellent too. Thanks so much for looking after us!

If you're going to the Italian Hospital, the location is great, only 150 meters away. The apartment itself is very nice and comfortable. Highly recommend it.

They stayed here once at the end of 2023, and now they've come back. I highly recommend the place. Demian was especially attentive to their needs when I brought in some foreign staff to work here.

The only issue during our stay was the construction next door. It was quite noisy on weekdays, though temporary and outside the hosts' control. We found the apartments comfortable and perfectly placed for our appointments at the Hospital Italiano, with pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries, clothing stores, and more just a block away. Cristian, Demian, and Vanesa were always kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful.
