My House Buenos Aires II

The rooms were nice, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was poor.

The bathroom has old fixtures that still work, though mixing the hot and cold water is a bit challenging. Service was courteous and friendly, and the location is great. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with a good breakfast and enough hot and cold choices. For the price and quality, I’d recommend it.

The staff are outstanding and go out of their way to help. The location is excellent, with plenty of shopping and food options, plus an inexpensive laundry service close by. A few suggestions: please put milk and coffee sachets in the rooms, and add a water dispenser on every floor so guests don’t have to go down to reception to drink or store water. The room thermostats are preset and can’t be adjusted, so the room gets too cold at night.

The central location is a plus. We spent just one night here after being moved from our original hotel because of plumbing issues. It looks luxurious, but I don't think it really qualifies as four star. The rooms are spacious but nothing special, and I found a lot of dust, so cleanliness wasn't great. Breakfast wasn't amazing, though it wasn't terrible either.
