Nina Suites

My worst hotel stay ever. The hotel and its reception were in different places, a block and a half apart, and there was nobody at the hotel to ask for help. For breakfast, I was left three old receipts in a paper bag marked with my room number. I wouldn't feed my dog like that. The service was so bad that I left feeling ripped off, even though the stay had been free. I would never return, and left wanting to sue over the terrible service.

The location was very good, but the service and the hotel were terrible. The shared kitchen and dining room went uncleaned for nine days, the mini-fridge was dirty, the furniture wasn't cleaned, and the tables were wobbly. I had no hot water in my room, and sometimes they sent me to other people to shower. At one point we went 18 hours without water and management never replied. We spent half a day waiting for the issue to be fixed, with no rooms available for showers. The staff woke us early many times to clean, but on other days nobody came. The maids were friendly, though. When we arrived, a problem with the lock meant we were sent to another hotel. I raised all these complaints at the front desk. NINA SUITES would be better with its own reception, improved cleaning, and better lighting.

It was nice enough for a few days, though it needs cleaning and upkeep. It used to be a beautiful hotel.

The rooms are large and the location is excellent. It's fine for sleeping, but the place needs maintenance.
