Great location, but the room is horribly damp and the bathrooms are disgusting. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the back, and the concierge takes no responsibility for fixing anything. The kitchen doesn't even have utensils. It's a mess.

It's in a really good location and comfortable, but the place is old, damp, and badly neglected. The room smelled clean, the sheets were clean, and the mattresses were fine. Still, showering was disgusting: there was mold on the bathroom tiles, drain, and curtain, and the bidet was just a handheld showerhead on the floor with nothing to hold onto. One bedspread had a slightly hard white stain on it, which was pretty gross. The TV was old and dusty, though I don't watch TV anyway. Outlets were too far from the bedside table, the nightlight wouldn't work, and the plastic around the outlets by one bed was melted and peeling. I hope they make improvements.

The last time I stayed, the cigarette smell in the room was unbearable, and I had to leave everything open to air it out. It wasn't too bad on an earlier visit. The location is spectacular, right in the heart of Flores, but honestly, it's what you'd expect from the cheapest hotel around. You get what you pay for.

A friend and I came to shop for our business, and the location in Flores was unbeatable for that. The room was what we expected, and the price was excellent for the quality.
