The staff were genuinely kind. They were patient with us since we don't speak Spanish, stored our bags without any issue, and let us into the room early because it was already clean. That was a real kindness after hours of travel. As for the room, it was much less nice than the photos: mold in the bathroom, worn-through porcelain in the sink, and holes in the towels. Google calls this a three-star hotel, but I disagree. It's a basic budget place with no frills. Also, the breakfast Google lists as free isn't free for everyone. You need to buy a package that includes breakfast.

Gustavo at the front desk was especially helpful, and his English made things easier for me. The location is great, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was also a safe deposit box in the room.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and the location is pretty good. For the price, it's an alright hotel. The rooms and building aren't up to the newest standard and looked better in the pictures. Don't expect anything fancy.

If you're on a budget, it's a decent bet, and the staff were friendly enough. The hotel didn't look like it did on the website, though. Both of my room's windows had metal grates, with no view outdoors. There wasn't much to see anyway, just the facades of other buildings. It felt like being in the slammer, albeit a clean one. The breakfast buffet wasn't continental, but for the price I guess you can't complain too much.

The people were gentle and kind, and the hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are OK, though the beds aren't very comfortable. Breakfast wasn't good.
