Thieves. They tried to overcharge me, stole from me, and threatened me. I left the building to see off a friend, told them my room key wasn't working, and asked them to check it. When I came back, my room had been emptied. I asked the receptionist where my things were, and he just smirked and said, “what items”? My visa debit card and an iPad were missing. When I checked my bank account, they'd already charged me almost double. That's when I knew I was dealing with criminals. If that's your thing, stay here. If your safety matters more, stay somewhere else. Oh, the location is great.

Good value for the money, though picky travelers might want to pay a little more elsewhere. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, towels are included, and prices are cheap. Common areas were messy, the staff seemed disorganized, and the WiFi was bad. We had a few problems when we arrived, including no shower curtain, but they fixed them quite quickly. Breakfast is included. Nothing special, but okay. They seem to be fixing the place up, so I think it could keep getting better.

The bathroom was in terrible shape, with no shower and a broken toilet and sink. The owner wasn't sympathetic or helpful either. He offered us a very poor exchange rate, clearly trying to take advantage of us, but we refused. Once he knew we'd exchanged money elsewhere at a much better rate, he wouldn't accept cash payment, which made our stay 50% more expensive.

The room was filthy, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The shower drain was blocked, with a clump of hair in it. Staff had a poor attitude, and someone tried to charge me a wildly unreasonable exchange rate. The owner smokes outside the room, and the cigarette smell was disgusting. Absolutely awful.
