The cats were a lovely bonus, and we had a nice stay. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn't amazing, but it was still perfectly decent.

I stayed for 5 days and would definitely come back. It was quiet and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone was friendly and always available. They even kept our bags until our bus left on departure day, so we could head downtown without worrying about them. A beautiful place, highly recommended.

I left with the impression that prices were inflated once you were at the hotel, and the value for money was poor. The laundry service was a big part of that. The manager was "friendly" when offering it, and because they charged per item rather than by weight, he said we'd agree on the price. I had 30 items, nearly 20 of them socks and underwear. But in the end he gave me a fixed total with no chance to discuss it, and paying was the only option. It cost 40,000 pesos for less than 4 kg, nearly the 42,000 pesos for a hotel night with breakfast included. Washing a few things shouldn't cost almost as much as a night's stay. Breakfast was extremely poor too: little variety, low quality, and instant coffee packets instead of real coffee. For what you pay, the service falls far short of expectations.
