The cheerful owner was so kind. On our last night, she treated me to locally grown grapes. She was really warm towards guests.

For this location, it’s outrageously expensive and not worth the price. The parking area was covered in dog and cat feces, and the rooms were tiny and uncomfortable. The sheets and towels looked like they’d been around since the time of General Güemes and San Martín. On arrival, we were asked to conserve electricity; the Wi-Fi shuts off at midnight, there was no hot water, and breakfast was terrible. I can’t recommend it.

It’s a good spot for spending a few days in Cafayate, close to the center and near Vasija Secreta Winery. Make sure to check when the hot water is available. I got caught out and had to go to bed without a shower because they turn it off at a certain time. Everything else was very good.
