Refugio Urbano Apart Hotel

Nora, the owner, was very attentive. We rented the place for Christmas 2025 with my husband and our two little dogs. It was lovely, comfortable, peaceful, and had everything we needed for our stay. Best wishes.

We stayed for a fall weekend, just two nights, and really liked how calm it was. The nights were wonderfully quiet. There are six apartments in the complex with parking spaces, and having our apartment keys and the gate remote meant we could come and go freely, with no one checking up on us. The location wasn't ideal. When we arrived, reception didn't seem to know we were coming, even though we'd contacted them the day before and booked through Booking.com. The cleaning lady had to check us in while rushing to get the room ready. It took a long time to warm up because they hadn't expected us. The air conditioner sits above the kitchen cupboard and doesn't heat very well. They supplement it with a rotating halogen heater, but on some nights that still wasn't enough. They did tell us the day before that the card reader was out of order, which was helpful. Ask about other ways to pay. The room was spacious, with a roomy living area and kitchen. The toaster, electric kettle, and mini-fridge were all in perfect condition, and there was hot water in the kitchen. The full bathroom came with shampoo, conditioner, and soap, though the shower was sometimes only lukewarm. On our second day it took a while even to get the water lukewarm. Breakfast was brought to the room the night before; a little more bread or toast would have made it more complete. We used the guest deck on the second floor, which has tables and a gas grill. It was great, and cleaning supplies were provided. There was hot water in the deck area for cleaning up afterward, too. Room service is available every day when you check out. The staff were helpful, and the service and facilities were excellent. It's a very nice aparthotel, and I'd highly recommend it.

Sofia at reception is such a lovely person. The place is beautiful and peaceful, clean, safe, and really convenient. Super comfortable too. I'd recommend it!
