Breakfast was delicious, and the staff made the place feel warm and comfortable. We had everything we needed to settle in, from clean towels and soap to blankets and a hot shower, all in working order. Even when we arrived in the early hours twice, we were welcomed warmly. The service was excellent.

That terrace looking out over Cerro Uritorco is amazing. The kitchen was pretty well equipped, and the room came with cable TV and towels. We had a delicious breakfast, too. The service was friendly and very good. I'd definitely come back.

I’ve never written a review before, but this place was so awful that I feel I have to warn people. Room number 1 was in terrible shape, with everything old, and the reception area smelled of sweat and felt unhygienic. I’ll upload photos of the place and room. Please look at them, and if you still decide to go, don’t complain. My partner and I were on vacation and expected only to have a room to rest in, since we’d be out most of the time. Check-in was at 1:00 PM, but we didn’t get our room until 3:30 PM. Then the place looked nothing like the photos: it was neglected, unhygienic, very old, and decorated differently from the pictures. We told ourselves to wait and see the room, figuring comfort and cleanliness would be enough. That’s when it all started. They talk to themselves, but I do want to stress that they treat you well, like any place that charges an entrance fee. We paid 8000 pesos a night. If it had been free, or 1500 pesos a night, I’d understand, but not that price. We paid 50% in advance because we thought we’d stay seven days. I didn’t ask for a refund because I’d never felt such embarrassment and discomfort. Horrible, like something out of a horror movie. I’m going to make a complaint so nobody else has the experience we had.

I slept soundly even in an 8-bed dorm, and the mattresses and linens were spotless. The place is really quiet, with a lovely terrace and a delicious breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly. There’s an equipped kitchen and a Chilean oven that also works as a grill, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. I’d definitely return.
