A friend brought us here while we were visiting Argentina. The atmosphere was great, the staff were friendly, and the food was amazing. One of the culinary highlights of our trip.

I’m from Maryland and a bit of a seafood snob, and Casa Latina definitely lived up to its ratings. I didn’t stay here, just ate at the restaurant. I ordered the seafood platter, usually meant for two, and they made a smaller one-person portion. I’m glad they did, because even that was huge. The photo I attached shows the actual serving. Everything was very good and cooked well, with nothing overdone. At $15 USD, it’s a deal, you couldn’t get this in the good ole USA. If you’re going to Capilla del Monte, go to Casa Latina. It’s that simple.

It was busy even in the off season, but we were seated in a quiet side room. The paella was good and the portions were generous. We also had a decent local Cabernet Sauvignon.

A+++ The food was lovely to look at and enjoyable down to the last bite. Their homemade drinks, like the lemonade, are one of a kind, with a perfect balance of refreshing and sweet. Casa Latina, the new name, has beautiful ambience, excellent cuisine, and top-notch staff, and Seba has every right to brag about it. Prices are very accessible, and they accept credit cards. The venue appeals to foreigners, families, couples, and trendy groups alike. Live performances add a little something and make for a great moment to enjoy and remember.
