Alugar

The apartment was bright and comfortable, but Sunday morning was awful. At 8 am they were cleaning the place next door, making a lot of noise without regard for how early it was. A disaster. Keep that in mind if you're planning to stay in Valeria del Mar.

The beach is excellent and less than half a block away, so we didn't need to go anywhere else. We stayed over the May 1st weekend and found the place lovely, clean, warm for that time of year, and quite new. Shops and a greengrocer are two blocks away, there's a restaurant at the beach entrance, and the downtown restaurants are three blocks away. The service was good, and the price is very reasonable for the area and what's offered. We asked for an end apartment to get a more private balcony, since the others have very little separation. They can arrange that if one is available. You can tell from the layout that it may get noisy when other guests are in their apartments, though that could happen anywhere, so I wouldn't really call it a criticism. Parking is outside and has room for only 3-5 cars. Access inside is mostly by stairs, which could be difficult if you're traveling with someone who has trouble getting around. I'd definitely come back!

The owner was very helpful and always available when we needed something during our stay. The apartments have modern appliances and are pretty well equipped. The location is unbeatable, half a block from the beach access, a few blocks from the town center, and near supermarkets and shops. Parking is limited, which I imagine could be an issue in peak season.

The service was very good, and it's great that they provide service every 2 days.
