The park is beautiful, and the place feels comfortable and peaceful. Diana, the owner, was wonderful. When one of the children got sick, she offered to drive all of us to the hospital in Pinamar and was incredibly concerned about everyone. The service was excellent. Highly recommended, and thank you!

The location is very good, and the evening staff were very nice. Still, my family and I wouldn’t stay at this inn again. The morning employee was rude from the moment we arrived and didn’t seem suited to dealing with people. Breakfast was very basic; when there are a lot of guests, the person in charge seems to be missing something, and gets annoyed if you ask. There are many stairs, so it’s inconvenient for older people or anyone with physical limitations. There’s no TV service either.

Its location is the best part. The facilities are quite run-down, and cleaning staff came into our room without knocking more than once while we were there, without even apologizing. There was a kettle and mini-fridge, but no glass or cup for tea or coffee. The double bed was two single mattresses, and two stained pillows had no cases. Wi-Fi and the television didn’t work in our room. The tap barely trickled, and the shower had no pressure. Breakfast was very basic, although the woman serving it was friendly.

The room was in bad shape, with cheap, stained sheets and towels. We couldn’t lower the blinds because the cord was tied, and the fan looked unsafe, like it might fall, so we didn’t use it. Reception staff were unfriendly, too. Breakfast was poor: croissants and pudding that seemed a day old, and ordinary “homemade” toast. The woman serving was inattentive and scolded my daughter for leaving crumbs, which made for an awkward moment. The price is high for this level of service and doesn’t match the quality. A very bad experience, I don’t recommend it.
