Punta Cerezo

Nine years on, we still keep choosing this place. The quiet, the woods, and those storybook cabins make it feel special, and there are grills and heated pools too. Ceci and Lili are so welcoming, and the cleaning team is wonderful. I love it here. Congratulations, and thanks for everything!

The location is a big plus: it’s close to the center and the sea, and the beach is quiet and easy to reach. The umbrella service was excellent, especially thanks to Lucas, who looks after it. We spent a lovely week here as a family. The complex is clean, tidy, and well maintained. We did run into a few small things that could be better. Breakfast was brought for three people every day although there were four of us, and even after we mentioned it, nothing changed. They also didn’t ask for the occupants’ information, and we didn’t have anyone to call in an emergency. It’s a family-friendly place, but there isn’t a proper children’s playground, despite there being room outside the park to add one. In the woods there are three swings and a rather old seesaw. We also asked whether we could extend our stay if there was availability and were told no. The apartment we left was empty for a day, so it seemed like it could have been offered to us. Those details didn’t take away from our wonderful week. We’ll definitely come back.

We booked December 13th to 20th, 2025, as a couple with a pet. On the first day we had to switch cabins because the bidet was broken and leaking. In the replacement cabin, the phone didn’t work, the water pump broke, and the air conditioning leaked. We were given the key to cabin 5 for the bathroom, and my partner used the spa to shower, though that was running low on water too. The indoor and outdoor pools were filthy and full of bugs. There was nobody we could reach to clean them or turn on the filter, so my partner cleaned the pool. Eventually, because no one was there, they gave me Susana's (the owner's) number. She was rude and said she didn’t know me, then directed me to Cecilia, the manager, who responds to these messages. Cecilia only spoke with my partner, the registered owner, and wouldn’t even look at me because I wasn’t the owner. She only communicates and replies here to project an image that doesn’t match how she is in person. She was disrespectful and didn’t treat people with respect. She’s also the person who made us leave the complex two days before our stay was supposed to end because we were unhappy with the service we hadn’t received. The cabins were in poor condition, with no water, a broken bidet, and a broken phone. There were water problems, poor treatment of customers, and a very low-quality breakfast, for example, four thin slices of supermarket bread. We were kicked out for complaining about the condition of the place, after having to clean the pool ourselves. If they say they can’t find a reservation under my name, it was made under Matias, the person they spoke to and wouldn’t even look at.

We spent the weekend here with our dog and had a great stay. The facilities were excellent, with thoughtful details that made things comfortable, and the service was excellent too. It’s close to the center and a reasonable distance from the beach.
