Sea Point

My wife and I stayed at Sea Point in August 2024, and it was a wonderful resort. We had read some comments that seemed inaccurate, including complaints about no room service. It's a group of owner-rented buildings, not a hotel, so we cleaned our own place during our four or five days there. That was no issue for us, since we know how to keep a place tidy. The pillows and mattresses were excellent, and the water, sewage, and electrical systems seemed new, with no leaks or short circuits. Maybe some comments were about somewhere other than Sea Point. There could be an occasional isolated issue that gets fixed quickly, but that doesn't make the whole resort a disaster. The staff were attentive and noticeably friendly, without the stiffness you sometimes get elsewhere. Parking was excellent, and both the location and facilities were more than excellent. One thing that might be nice is a physical space for group breakfasts, since some of us enjoy seeing people and having a more traditional liquid breakfast. A memorable place, and I'd highly recommend it.

The Sea Point apartment was bright and well situated, with working air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. The building also has a spectacular pool and a tiny play area for children, which we used a lot. D&G gave us wonderfully personal service. We had a personal issue during the stay, and they were incredibly attentive and made sure we could relax and enjoy ourselves. Thank you so much.

We've stayed at Sea Point twice now. It's cheerful, peaceful, and comfortable, close to both the center and the beach. Our superior three-room apartment had everything we needed, and we especially liked the covered balcony with its grill. The pool is large and heated, and there's an elevator, covered parking, and a gym. You can also rent umbrellas and chairs at Neruda Beach Bar. Staff are very attentive. It's an ideal spot for a family vacation.

The self-check-in made things easy, and they replied quickly whenever we had questions. We were very comfortable in the spacious apartment, which had everything we needed. Great family stay, with a heated pool and sauna, and the location is unbeatable, just a few steps from the ramp down to the beach. This is our second year coming back. Excellent service.
