Gisela was so attentive, ready to answer our questions about the place and what was available, and she checked that we had what we needed each day. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms spotless. Everything was excellent. Highly recommend!!!

The mountain views were wonderful, and the service was impeccable. It's a warm, cozy, very comfortable cabin with radiant floor heating. Thanks to Gise for being so kind and making our time in Caviahue even nicer. Highly recommended!

Giselle was very helpful with anything we needed, and the cabins were clean, well kept, and comfortable for a few days. We stayed in one for four people. Upstairs were two bedrooms: one had an ensuite bathroom and bathtub, while the other had two comfortable beds and a bathroom with a tiny shower. Other than that, everything was excellent. I highly recommend it!

Giselle's warmth and professionalism really stood out. She was attentive the whole time and greeted us and saw us off with a big smile. The cabin stay was a wonderful experience, and it met and even exceeded our expectations, with care in every detail. Thank you for everything.

The sunrise was beautiful, and the grounds and surrounding area were immaculate. We spent four nights in the cabins on a trip with friends, and they were warm and comfortable. Gisele welcomed us and was attentive to what we needed throughout. Highly recommended!
