A clean place with cheerful, friendly staff. It's close to most things in Caviahue.

The Christmas and New Year's dinners were excellent, and the heated pool was a nice feature. The room was comfortable and service was generally good, though breakfast could be better. The hotel could use some maintenance and has clearly seen better days, but the staff made a strong impression. Candela was always there to help guests feel comfortable, and Gabriela did everything she could to assist. They were both outstanding, as was the rest of the team, who were very friendly and took charge of running the hotel. A good choice for a short vacation.

Cande made us feel welcome from the start. She answered our questions very quickly and kindly before we booked, then greeted us herself when we arrived. The hotel is beautiful and welcoming, and our room was lovely and warm. There wasn't a TV, but we didn't mind: after all our sightseeing in beautiful Caviahue, we were tired. The restaurant food was delicious. Breakfast was adequate for the price, though I think a little more variety would improve it. Thanks to Cande and all the staff for looking after us. We'd definitely come back.

I stayed on Saturday, 21/02. The place was warm and welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable and nicely heated. But the rest we needed never happened: loud music started coming from the pool in the middle of the night and went on until early morning. As guests, we couldn't use the pool ourselves because we were told it was only for afternoon use. I'd return for the comfort if they made some changes to help guests get a proper night's sleep.
