We had a reservation and arrived in the afternoon, but the room wasn't clean. When we went to shower later, there was no hot water anywhere in the hotel. The location is great, and breakfast was good. The restaurant also serves delicious food. Still, the facilities and rooms are in dire need of maintenance.
The staff were friendly and the location was good, but the value for money and infrastructure were a problem. The Wi-Fi didn't work in the rooms, and water in the thermos came at an extra charge. Breakfast was basic, and the sheets were extremely thin. There also wasn't enough hot water for every room, so my partner had to shower in cold water.
Our dinner with our two children was a total fiasco, and the service afterward was shameful. We waited over an hour, then the children's chicken came out pink and completely raw, a danger to them, especially one who was only a year old. The adults got the wrong plates too. When we told the waitress the tomato on one child's plate was raw, she took the whole plate away, leaving no tomato at all. They still charged us for the children's side dishes, and charged my husband for the veal milanesa he had ordered even though they gave him chicken, which obviously costs less. The raw food upset us, but this review is mainly about how they handled it afterward.
The restaurant is very good, and the staff were attentive. The location is excellent, and the place is spacious and comfortable. The building needs maintenance, though, including the floors, carpets, paint, lighting, and faucets. The hot water is unmanageable.
The receptionists and cooks were so friendly, and the restaurant food was very good. We also found the rooms and service excellent. Highly recommended.
