There’s potential here, and the place is “nice,” but the upkeep and service badly need attention. The gardens are unkempt, cushions worn and scuffed, and the bathrooms rusty and damp. The photos set high expectations, while the actual condition was quite poor. There’s no breakfast, and the parking on site is uncovered. Service is lacking too: communication is only by WhatsApp, with nobody there in person, which feels very impersonal and far from what most people value. I don’t recommend it and wouldn’t return.

I had to leave immediately to protect my family's health and find other accommodation in a hurry, which cost me more money. The kitchen had no sink or running water anywhere for washing food or dishes. When I asked, the manager said I should use the bathroom sink instead. For a family of four, that was unacceptable for hygiene, sanitation, and basic dignity. I also found used, dirty cutting boards put away and oven dishes with food still in them (photos attached). I asked the owner directly for a refund for the unused service. After 72 hours there was no response, and they stopped answering my messages. I filed a formal complaint with the consumer protection agency.

Alejandro and Oriana are wonderful owners, attentive to your needs and careful with every detail. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, and the location is excellent. 100% recommended. I’d return without hesitation...

We left because they couldn't sort out covered parking. There was a storm forecast, and we knew how important it is to shelter from hail in Mendoza. We had paid for two nights, but got only one night refunded after insisting for two weeks. Take care of your customers!

Right in the heart of Chacras de Coria, with bars, a supermarket, and a pharmacy all around, the location is perfect. The cabins are comfortable and well equipped, and the service was excellent. A relaxing stay in a beautiful place.
