We weren't very satisfied. The pools were dirty, and some things didn't work, including a broken fan and electric kettle. They came to fix a few things, but the stay was only so-so.

The stairs are extremely steep and dangerous, and there was no help for travelers, not even someone to show us to the property. Service was terrible and practically nonexistent. We were handed mismatched sheets and told to sort them out ourselves. The price is outrageous, especially with not even a tea bag provided in the morning. The room floors had damp stains, and the kitchen sofa offered as a bed was completely wrecked. By far the worst place I've stayed. I do not recommend it. Don't come here.

The pool was very small, but everything else was fine.

We had a lovely few days of peace and quiet. The place is fully equipped, very quiet, and monitored, and only five minutes from the hot springs and town center. I'll definitely come back!

The place is very nice, but the staircase to the main rooms is steep and has no railing, so it feels unsafe. I wouldn't recommend it for families with children. It's near the beach and San José, though you'll need a car to get around.
