4/10
The outside of the building and the lobby look attractive, and the location is nice, right across from a parc. Inside, though, there's a lot of poor maintenance. The carpet is dirty and full of holes, the lift is slow and noisy, the pool water wasn't clean, and water dripped through the balcony ceiling. We had a currency blackout, and apparently there's no generator. The breakfast was far too simple for the price. The hotel photo shows a rechaud, which suggests hot dishes like eggs and bacon, but that photo is misleading, there were no warm plates at all. Lots of comments have criticized the breakfast and maintenance, but the management apparently doesn't care. You can definitely find better hotels at this price.
