The only real trouble was inside the apartment: the bathroom drain clogged, and the bunk bed wobbled so much it was hard to sleep. During summer, the living area needs air conditioning since it doubles as a bedroom. There is a ceiling fan, but it isn’t enough. Otherwise, the location was excellent, service and reception very good, and the apartment well equipped with linens in good condition.

Management gave excellent service, and the apartments were clean, bright, comfortable, and quiet. The location was excellent. My mother was delighted, and my sister was very happy too. Highly recommend.

The price was good, and the staff were attentive with excellent service. The apartments were super clean and well equipped, close to everything in Nueva Córdoba.

The bathrooms really need work. They smelled of sewage, looked very outdated, had no ventilation, and the faucets were awkward and slow to adjust in the shower. Also, there was no garage at the property. They said they had an arrangement with one two blocks away, but it’s in a somewhat shady area, so if you go out at night to eat, you can’t come back there to get your car. The discount is only 2,000 pesos 🤌. We’d asked specifically for a studio with a bathtub, as shown in the photos, but got something completely different without one. We ended up paying 8,000 pesos more!
