The Aerobus stop for the airport is right outside, and the staff were polite. Breakfast was reasonable. The stay was still a bad experience. Wi-Fi only worked at reception, so I spent an entire night sitting there to get online and sort out a problem. We had to change rooms because the bathroom in the first one was covered in mold. In the second room, the shower drain was clogged, and water pooled up to our ankles within minutes. The towels were awful. We switched them several times and eventually gave up. The mattresses were misshapen, and the floor was more comfortable to sleep on. You have to close both elevator doors by hand, which is difficult when carrying luggage. If someone doesn't close one properly, the elevator can't be called from another floor. It may be called a hotel, but there are hostels in town with better facilities.

The beds were old, the mattresses awful, and the sheets didn't even cover them. You have to ask for towels. The room and bathroom were incredibly cramped and uncomfortable, especially for anyone traveling with children, and the cleanliness was terrible. The one bright spot was the friendly reception staff. They did try to help with any problems.

The Wi-Fi kept dropping and was slow, and the tiny bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. After paying, I was given a room that was still dirty and had no blankets. The double room was two single beds pushed together, with two more beds taking up so much space there was barely room to walk. Absolutely terrible, NOT RECOMMENDED.
