Eight of us friends stayed here and had a wonderful time. The rooms are very spacious, and the hotel itself is beautiful, with gorgeous views and impeccable cleanliness. Everyone was attentive, and the reception and restaurant staff were incredibly friendly. Thank you for the hospitality.

The restaurant is roomy, bright and comfortable, and the staff there were really friendly and gave great service. The pasta was delicious, but I wish the menu had more choices, especially appetizers and something for kids. I ordered plain spaghetti with butter for my two-year-old, but they charged me $17,000 for spaghetti with Bolognese. For context, a packet of plain spaghetti normally costs between $1,000 and $3,000. The fruit salad was very acidic, and by 11 PM they had run out of ice cream and flan. We only got to try those on our first night, out of three. They should plan for this better during peak season. The bar and buffet prices were reasonable, not inflated just because it's in a hotel, but the food selection was limited. They didn't have hot dogs, fries in cones, hamburgers or pizzas, the sort of things kids want after a day in the pool. The staff were lovely everywhere, from reception and housekeeping to the bar and restaurant. The place itself is very nice, but there were some details that need attention. There were so many ants and moths by the room window that we couldn't open it. I hung laundry outside on a chair, and the next morning it had tiny cockroaches on it. After that I hung it inside, though it wouldn't dry. It's a shame, since the little balcony has chairs and a table. The room corners, especially behind the beds, could use a more thorough clean. If you have long hair, bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The bathroom products left my hair stiff and crunchy like peanut brittle. Both thermal pools, indoors and outdoors, had very green water. You couldn't see dirt in the indoor one, but you couldn't see its bottom either, and the pool floor was so rough it cut my fingers. Bring bandages. Only the indoor pool has hot water, but it had been turned off the day before we left. I suppose there was a pump problem. Someone should also keep an eye on the pool: a man was blowing his nose in it, which was disgusting. That same day we tried the thermal pool beside the pools with slides. Its water was really clean and hot, and we'd known from the start that we planned to go there. The first-floor kids' playroom has lots of equipment, but needs more light because it's hard to see in there after 7 pm. They also have a cinema for kids and adults, plus children's activities.

We came during the week and used a promotion for a free night. Along with complimentary refreshments, they served a light afternoon snack with tea, juice and assorted pastries, including pudding, filled rolls, croissants and biscuits. The restaurant was delicious and good value, and everything was super clean. There's also a Termal Shopping Center just 200 meters away for food, ice cream or coffee if you want another option. This was our second family visit. The service we got the first time brought us back, and the quality is still there, with the place continuing to improve the details. The staff seem happy, and it shows. Special thanks to Camila, who handled our reservation and welcomed us, Adriana for the excellent spa massages, the bar staff, and Florencia in the children's play area. Our 23-month-old went there twice a day. My partner, our baby, my elderly mother and I were all very happy with the facilities and service. The outdoor pool is fantastic now that the weather is warming up, and the indoor pool is great any time of year. The hotel also has indoor and outdoor wooden playgrounds and activities. The grounds outside are lovely and relaxing for walks and birdwatching. Your stay includes entry to the municipal park hot springs, which are fantastic, with a really great water park for children. Make time for the spa, the massages are excellent. We'll be back in the fall!

We came at the end of May, and the outdoor pool was only lukewarm, not warm enough for swimming. The indoor pool was the only one we could use. The rooms are heated with air conditioning, so if you expect underfloor heating or radiators, you'll miss those. Our half-board dinner at Romeo y Julieta was the best part. The hotel itself is fine, though the bar staff seemed very basic and inexperienced. It would be nice to have afternoon or evening entertainment, games, or even a show.

The family spaces and hotel facilities were excellent, and we'd definitely return. Everyone on staff was outstanding. I'll especially remember the guy at the hotel restaurant and the guy behind the bar making drinks. Amazing service.
