The lake view from the room is truly beautiful, and the facilities are well suited to the price. Staff were incredibly friendly and gave excellent service. Breakfast had fresh fruit, yogurt, and juice, with plenty of variety and everything needed for a busy day, which the location calls for.

I normally avoid writing about bad experiences since they can be subjective or tied to one particular moment. This time, though, after two months with no updates and total silence, I'm setting that policy aside. I made and paid for a reservation two months ago, then had to cancel. I met the cancellation policy's conditions for a refund, and was told it would be processed. I sent the required information, but nothing happened. I followed up and complained, and still heard nothing. That strikes me as disloyal, unprofessional, and decidedly unethical. You can decide for yourselves whether it's worth it.

A clean, safe, very nice hotel, and highly recommended. In February 2026, the daily rate for four people was $220,000 with full breakfast. The four of us also had dinner there one evening for $100,000 pesos.

Everyone was very friendly, and the service was the best part. The hotel has excellent facilities overlooking the lake, and breakfast was good with lots of variety. I took a couple of drone photos and videos 😅
