For my standards, the apartment was not clean. Things are broken and there's a lot of noise upstairs. The location is good.

It is a simple place. The rooms at the bangalos are quite small. Some renovation should be done on the bathroom and downstairs. The hosts Néstor and Fernando are very nice, and provide a very good breakfast. We have been in many different hotels in our Patagonia trip, and their breakfast was the best. The hotel is located in the top of a hill close to the city center (less than 1km), but the last steps uphill are quite demanding :)
