Apart Haiken

We were comfortable and relaxed, and the apartment was in excellent condition. It was close to the center and had a lovely view. When I ran into a problem changing the dates, the owner sorted it out and was very helpful. The service was friendly, and I personally recommend the place.

Really good beds and shower, just what you need before a day trip.

We found the shared kitchen and dining area convenient, and the location suits people traveling by car. Getting there, checking in, and paying were all straightforward; we handled everything by text. There were three of us, with one bed downstairs and a double upstairs, but the upstairs ceiling is so low you have to stoop, even if you're not tall. The four apartments are joined together, and you can hear the neighbors talking and moving around. That bothered us most.

The place was clean, and I can't complain about the price, but the house was cold and communication was poor. I asked for Wi-Fi and never got a reply. The owner never showed up, so it felt like we were left to manage on our own. There weren't enough cooking supplies, such as containers or pots. The heater was on its lowest setting and disabled so nobody could turn the flame up. I know how to use it, though, and managed to turn it up. Otherwise, I would've frozen. The bed had only a blanket, and the pillows had no pillowcases.
