Everything in town is within walking distance from this great location, and the rooms are modern, clean, and very warm. The front desk service was excellent. Abigail was especially helpful and quick to respond on WhatsApp when helping us book restaurants and call taxis. We really appreciated her warmth and help. The only drawback was the cramped bathroom, especially the bathtub and shower area.

We had no problems and really enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were super helpful, and the rooms were comfortable. Our bathroom was a little too small, but otherwise it was fine, nothing special. Breakfast was incredible, with lots to choose from and enough to fill you up. We loved our experience here :)

Stay here! It was cool inside even during the summer heat, the gym was great, and the sauna was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and just around the corner from the main strip in El Calafate. We had a spacious bedroom, free parking, and a great breakfast. There was also a very friendly dog hanging out in front. We heard a couple fighting in the room next door, so the soundproofing could be better, but otherwise it was a great deal for the money and close to everything. The glacier is about an hour away, so it’s a central place to stay if you rent a car or take a tour.

The rooms felt modern enough, though a little dated and traditional, and the walls were somewhat thin but not too bad. The staff were very accommodating, and the buffet breakfast was one of the better ones we’ve had. It’s a great local hotel in a great location. Four stars overall, but five for the price. WOULD RECOMMEND.
