The food is full of flavor and beautifully prepared and presented, with a wine pairing each night. Highly recommend this sanctuary.

A peaceful, quiet spot with hardly anyone around, and great views from every room. Get up for sunrise if you can. The service and food were great, and they handled my Celiac disease without any trouble. They even had gluten free beer!

We spent three nights here for our honeymoon, and it was incredible from the moment we arrived. The rooms, views, food, wine and service all felt like heaven. Valentin runs an amazing hotel and property, with a wonderfully friendly staff. We’ll remember this place forever.

Horseback riding around the property and the guided hike were our favorite activities. Both gave us a chance to take in the estancia’s beautiful landscape and quiet. We even spotted Chilean flamingos on the grounds, which was a lovely surprise. From the setting and activities to the people, EOLO gets every detail right. We’re already looking forward to coming back to Argentina, and we ate the Calafate berries just to make sure we return 🤠 We stayed four nights, and it was the highlight of our time in Patagonia. Our room had mountain views, with cows and horses roaming freely outside, and the sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. Valentín and Soledad helped plan our itinerary and shape each day so we could make the most of Patagonia. Everything felt thoughtful and personal. Marcus, Flo, Dante, Viendra and the rest of the staff were warm, attentive and kind, and made sure our stay went smoothly. The food was incredible, and the service made us feel cared for without ever being forced or overly formal. They packed lunches for our day trips to Perito Moreno Glacier and El Chalten, where we hiked Fitz Roy. EOLO made it easy to relax and enjoy the spirit of Patagonia. We can’t recommend it highly enough.
