The view of the lake is breathtaking, and the large rooms have comfy beds. Susana's thoughtful, open and friendly hospitality made us feel right at home. Her hotel is a real hidden gem in El Calafate. We were grateful for her help with everything and her excellent recommendations around El Calafate. Gracias Susana por tu increíble hospitalidad y cariño! Nos hiciste sentir muy cómodos y como en casa! The one downside is that after staying at LA Soberana, other hotels will probably be hard to enjoy as much. The bar is set so high that it's difficult for others to come close.

Breakfast was amazing, and so was dinner. Susana was incredibly kind and caring, and we felt at home. The place is conveniently located, a little away from the center, and very quiet. We have wonderful memories of El Calafate, thanks in part to you, Susana. Thank you again for all your helpful tips and dedication. We hope to stay at La Soberana again!

Our host's warm, personal service made this a special stay. Always reachable and ready to help, they took care of every request and sorted out all our little problems, including arranging a taxi to collect us at El Calafate airport after it had shut down at night. The rooms are clean, warm, spacious and nice, with a wonderful view of the lake and bay from this place outside the center. We really enjoyed our stay in El Calafate.

The hotel is outside the main part of town, so consider another option if you want to walk to restaurants and shops. We had a great stay, with clean, new and peaceful rooms, excellent service and clear communication. The manager also helped with some transportation services. I'd recommend it to other travelers to El Calafate.

The view was absolutely stunning, and breakfast was excellent. We also had outstanding service from a hostess who was caring and attentive. A fantastic place to stay in El Calafate, and one I’d clearly recommend.
