It’s a cute, clean, small hotel with a family feel. The staff were consistently helpful and accommodating, and gave advice whenever we asked. They arranged taxis for us and suggested a tour company for our trip to Perito Moreno. Both were phenomenal!

Luis at reception was always smiling and did his best to answer all our questions. Thanks for being so kind. The hotel is about 13 minutes from El Calafate bus terminal, so you can go there and find good prices for getting to Perito Moreno Glacier.

I enjoyed my three nights here. The rooms are nice, service is good, and it’s easy to set off for the glaciers or other trips from the hotel. El Calafate is a nice town, too.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and it’s easy to walk downtown or to lots of restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I’d recommend it, though I gave it 4 stars because the internet slowed down a lot at times and the shower water periodically went cold. Breakfast was mostly continental, with pastries, cheese, cereal, and cold cuts. They also have an unusual rule against bringing outside food into the hotel, which I hadn’t come across before.
