Mariana was so kind and helpful, and I’m grateful for the stay. It eased what had been a really stressful trip. This hotel feels special because you can sense the owner’s personality and taste, and all the love they’ve put into it. Even during an exhausting journey, it gave me a feeling of home.

Our room was spacious and very clean, and the hotel has a cozy, familiar feel. The fireplace in the lobby was a highlight. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and when we had trouble with our car, he stepped in without hesitation. The service was perfect. I’d recommend this hotel 1000%.

The upstairs view is great, and the staff were very nice and helpful. They’ll call a taxi or quickly sort things out for you over the phone. It’s about 20 minutes walking from the centre, or a five-minute taxi ride for $5. The rooms are clean and service is great. Breakfast has plenty to eat, though you have to pay extra to get protein.

The road is dusty, so bring something to clean your shoes. The host is incredibly kind and the service is number one. There’s a view of the lake, nice magnets, and a kitchen where you can make lunch or dinner. Definitely one of the best places to stay when visiting El Calafate.
