Being here felt disgusting and uncomfortable. We had no running water for the first half of the day, the carpet was stained, and the sheets were dusty. Every negative review about this place is completely true. RUN AND DON'T STAY HERE.

The breakfast was poor, and the tablecloths were badly stained. The carpets were really old and disgusting. They first gave us a room with three twin beds; when we asked to change rooms, they gave us a bed made from two small beds. The bathroom was tiny, and the hot water ran out while I was showering. A true disaster!

The view is the saving grace. Waking up to it was great, if you got lucky and had one of the good rooms, as in the picture. Otherwise, nothing special, and the bathroom was clearly outdated. We had a much better stay at Glaciar Pioneros on our second visit to El Calafate.

The rooms were warm and clean, the beds comfortable, the Wi-Fi quick, and the view great. We had no issues and highly recommend it. The staff were very friendly, but couldn't speak English, and it's a 30-minute walk from the city center, so I'm taking off one star.

The service was at least very friendly, but the accommodation wasn't what we'd booked and the Wi-Fi mostly didn't work. Attention: the price is in USD, but they charge in ArgPeso, and the exchange rate they use is wrong. That felt like fraud.
