The flooding was the big problem: a bathroom pipe clogged and water spread across the whole lower level. We spent hours cleaning it up ourselves, while the cleaner only dropped off towels. That's not how we expected to spend Saturday night, or what you pay for with accommodation. Communication was good, the location was good, and there was enough room for two adults and a teenager. The kitchen is small, with a few basic utensils and a good-sized fridge. The bathroom is also small and has no extractor fan. Half the view is beautiful mountain scenery; the other half is an old, rusted steel structure falling apart across the street. In windy weather the roof shifts and creaks quite a bit, especially noticeable from the second-floor loft where we stayed. I'd choose a ground-floor room if a good night's sleep matters.
