One star because zero isn't an option. There was no water for bathing, drinking, washing, or cooking, barely enough to flush the toilet. Water is a basic necessity, and they kept renting the cabins anyway. We were traveling with children, which made it outright irresponsible. The owner never came by; all contact went through a cleaning lady sent to deal with us, and she had no real solutions. There were no answers or management, and the tension lasted throughout our stay. The place also didn't match the Google photos: the grass, setting, and cabins weren't what the listing showed, which felt clearly misleading. There's only one grill for six cabins, so we barely had room to cook. Another family arrived with four cars and filled the whole parking area, leaving us to park our trucks outside with all the risks that brings. One family was made to leave their cabin at 10 a.m. and wasn't even allowed to stay for lunch. That's completely unacceptable for a tourist resort. No water, no owner present, and no basic amenities. I wouldn't recommend this place under any circumstances. I hope this helps other families avoid a bad stay.

There was no water, the doors were in poor condition, and the bathroom vents didn't work properly. There was no toilet paper either. When we called the owner to complain about the water, he refused to speak with us and said, "It's not my problem." That was very arrogant and rude. They also tried to kick us out of the cabins, among other things.

We left at the first break. The place was appalling: no water, bathrooms with no ventilation, CRT TVs from the year 2026, and not even the basics for washing a dish. It felt like a scam, and I'll report it accordingly.

We left and chose to lose our money because the staff were so unfriendly. They charged us for everything on arrival, whatever the circumstances, and their rudeness ruined our vacation. Don't go unless you've seen it first. The room had an old TV that didn't work, and no fan or air conditioning. The bathroom door wouldn't close. The complex ran out of water, which was unsanitary with my son there, and there was no toilet paper, soap, or detergent. We didn't have enough gas either. Other guests were using the only grill, so we had no way to cook. That's the gist of it, and to top it off, the staff were incredibly rude.
