The staff were accommodating, and breakfast was nice, with a big buffet. The hotel is centrally located and the rooms are clean, but the toilets are extremely outdated and really need replacing.

The room was great. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming.

The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and right in the center. Everyone on staff was so kind, especially Luz and Gonzalo, who made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We had a really great stay a week ago, and if we come back to Esquel, we'd definitely stay here again.

The location made things easy, with La Anónima right across the street and the main shopping area only two blocks away. There’s also nighttime security and a garage where I could leave my car with peace of mind. My room and bathroom were spotless. The cleaning staff came in, tidied up, and replenished the toiletries. I could eat at the hotel too, which was handy when I was tired. Miguel looked after me at dinner and breakfast, and Alejandra made me scrambled eggs one morning. The tea and coffee machine made really tasty drinks, and the food selection and branded basics like sugar and sweetener were good quality. Tomás at reception was excellent from the start. He showed me the room and explained the services so well that I decided to stay right then. A great place to stay in Esquel!
